Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is responding to Jose Mourinho’s mind games ahead of Sunday’s Community Shield match with Chelsea by going after Blues forward target Jose Callejon.
The 28-year-old Real Madrid academy graduate currently plays in Serie A for Napoli and has a number of Premier League teams said to be looking at him including Arsenal and Chelsea who is reportedly readying a £15.5million bid for the wide midfielder.
But according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Arsenal is ready to beat Chelsea’s bid with a higher bid of their own, just to piss of the Blues boss after he accused Arsenal of trying to buy the Premiership title, a laughable comment if you look and see how much money Chelsea spent to achieve it over the years.
