Arsenal supporters were in good voice at Anfield last Sunday a match which ended in a 2-2 draw with Liverpool.
Before kickoff as the players’ names were announced there was a big roar from the traveling fans when Kolo Toure’s name was announced, and while the Ivorian warmed up the fans reminded him that he is a Gooner and will always be invincible a reference to the fact he was in the 2003/2004 team that never lost a match with 26 wins, 12 draws and 0 losses.
It was also great to see grown men ask the player to give them a wave which of course Toure did to acknowledge their support.
