Following Colombia’s shock 1-0 over Brazil in the Copa America Porto striker Jackson Martinez talks up a possible move to Arsenal.

The 28-year-old is expected to make a decision as to where he will play next season following the on-going Copa America tournament in Chile, and dropped a huge hint that he might be headed to the Emirates after saying: ‘I’ve always had two players I’ve admired above all others: Ronaldo and Henry. So I’m very happy he made that comment about me.’

‘Arsenal are a great team, playing in one of the best leagues in the world.

‘I’m still waiting to see what the future holds. It’s not known yet but it will be known soon.

‘Whether it’s England, Italy or Spain, the most important thing is that my family and I both feel well and I can enjoy my football.’

Arsenal remain the bookies favourite to sign Jackson, but strong competition is expected from AC Milan as the Italian giants re-build following a disastrous season that saw them finish eighth in Serie A.
