He may not have featured as many times as fans would have liked for the Gunners, but Costa Rican international Joel Campbell’s days at the Emirates may now be over following a £6 million bid from David Moyes Real Sociedad.
The 23-year-old joined the former Everton and Manchester United’s manager’s club on loan in January as part of the deal that brought Gabriel Paulista to north London.
Campbell was omitted from the Gunners trip to the Far East after having made it clear that he wanted to leave Arsenal, having failed to break into the first-team under manager Arsene Wenger, and is now another player who will be leaving the Emirates this summer.
