According to Spanish news outlet Fichajes.net, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to make a move for Chelsea Star Eden Hazard, and is worried that the Belgium internationals price will rise should he have a good showing in the European Championships next summer in France.

With Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo not getting any younger Perez would like to have the 24-year-old in place ready to take over from the Portuguese maestro after he decides to call it a day and hang up his boots at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Hazard may also be up for a move to Spain after having found himself sitting on the bench for Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Aston Villa at the weekend, with Blues boss Jose Mourinho saying that he must be prepared to do more defending if he hopes to get back into his starting XI.
