It would appear as if every newspaper on the planet wants to see Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria leave Old Trafford this summer after a disappointing first season in England.

Jumping on the bandwagon is French daily Le Parisien who claims that Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain had made singing the Argentinian international their No.1 summer transfer target.

Le Parisien also point out that the French giants have been pursuing the 27-year-old for over a year now, and if it were not for the restrictions of the financial fair play rules Di Maria would have been at the Parc des Princes long ago.

The paper also points out that following a poor season in the Premiership the price Manchester United expect to receive for him has to be lower than the British record transfer fee of £59.7 million they paid to Real Madrid last summer.

One hurdle PSG still face is the fact that due to FFP rules the club is only allowed to spend £42.5 million on transfers this summer, but in order to get around the rules they will offer Dutch right-back Gregory Van Der Wiel and cash for Di Maria.
