Despite knowing that they face a tough Champions League second leg at the Etihad next week following last night’s 2-2 draw in France, champions Paris Saint-Germain knows that they will be losing star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the summer and are busy scouring the planet for his replacement.

The 34-year-old Swedish international looks set to spend one season in the Premier League before joining David Beckham’s Miami MLS franchise, and leaves Paris Saint-Germain with a huge hole in their attack.

Luckily however for the European giants is the fact they appear to have a bottomless pit of money thanks to their Middle East ownership and are capable of going after the world’s best players no matter the asking price.

Currently according to Spanish football publication AS via Metro , club trainer Laurent Blanc has identified Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez as the man he would like to see at the Parc des Princes as he believes the Chilean star would be a perfect match to play alongside Argentinean winger Angel Di Maria.

Sanchez meanwhile is a fan favourite at the Emirates, but has underperformed since returning from injury leading to the thought that he might be available should PSG put a bid on the table that the Gunners would have a hard time turning down.
