Arsenal’s on-loan striker Lukas Podolski could very well find himself back in the Premiership next season but it looks highly unlikely that he will be playing for Arsenal.

The 31-year-old German international complained about not getting enough playing time at the Emirates and was allowed to join Serie A side Inter Milan on loan, where after an initial bad start he finally managed to get his first goal for the club earlier this week.

Here at Soccer Transfers we had assumed that he would probably return to the Bundesliga to finish out his career with Cologne, the club who sold him to Arsenal in 2012 for £11 million.

Now however according to The Sun West Bromwich Albion, Sunderland and Newcastle United are all chasing the World Cup winner hoping to snap him up for a bargain fee.
