Pep Guardiola to be Manchester City’s new manager

The future at Manchester City looks bright if the Qatari backed sports network Bein Sports is correct, after claiming that former Barcelona and now Bayern Munich trainer Pep Guardiola has agreed to take over Manchester City from current manager Manuel Pellegrini next summer in time for the 2017/2017 season.

The 44 year old manager is currently under contract with the German giants until next summer, with a move to City having already been highly anticipated so that he can link up with his former Barcelona colleague Txiki Begiristain who is the head of football at the Etihad.

Good news for City, and the rest of the Premiership as another top manager joins the league.
