Reports coming in this morning say that Southampton defender Nathaniel Clyne has been spotted in Liverpool where he is expected to have a medical prior to his £12.5 million move to the Merseyside club.
Clyne who is expected to pen a five-year-deal is a direct replacement for Glen Johnson who has left Anfield as a free agent.
Clyne will become Liverpool’s sixth signing of the summer with it appearing as if manager Brendan Rodgers is not quite done with the cheque book just yet.
