Arsenal have had a bid for Napoli midfielder Jorginho knocked-back according to Italian football website TuttoMercatoWeb.
The 24-year-old Brazilian born Italian was told at the start of the season that he was surplus to requirements at the Stadio San Paolo, but has since gone on to fire Napoli to the top of Italy’s Serie Awhile becoming one of the clubs most important players.
This performance not only by him but the entire team has volatile manager Maurizio Sarri reluctant to let any of his players leave this month as the Partenopei make a surprise bid for the title.
Arsenal will follow the situation regarding Jorginho and could make a second bid next summer if they feel they still need a midfielder.
