ROBERTO MANCINI says he has no plans to sell Mario Balotelli — despite his dismal derby display on Sunday.

The Manchester City bad-boy was hauled off early in the second half and Mancini later told the striker he is wasting his talent.

But the Etihad boss said: “Balotelli has enormous quality — he is not for sale.

“A player who is 22-years-old has to think only of his work and his family. When you have that quality it can change. I hope that will come soon.”

Mancini also said he is unlikely to make a move for long-term target Daniele De Rossi at Roma or out-of-favour Inter Milan star Wesley Sneijder.
