In what may seem like a crazy move given the fact Manchester United is so short of strikers the Sunday Telegraph is reporting that United are willing to let Mexican international striker Javier Hernandez leave and rely solely on the services of Maouane Fellaini, Adnan Januzaj, Memphis Depay and James Wilson.

The opinion is that the former Guadalajara player does not fit in with any of manager Louis van Gaal’s plans for the clubs and has been told that he is free to leave should the club receive any suitable offers, with Germany’s Bayer Leverkusen currently the favourites for his signature.
