British daily tabloid newspaper the Mirror has a great big picture of Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal on its back page Sunday with the headline “Louis van Gaarde”.
The paper claims that the added security measures have been put in place because the Dutchman fears angry Manchester United supporters could turn up on his doorstep.
It is unclear from the article if there has in fact been any threats made towards LGV or his family, or if it is purely a protective measure just in case.
Whatever the case it is just another sign of how fragile a position the Dutchman finds himself in at Old Trafford.
