Manchester City to go all out this summer making 22-year-old Juventus midfielder their No.1 summer transfer target, and are ready to outbid Manchester United and Chelsea to make sure they land the midfielder.

Qatari owner Sheikh Mansour will allow the club to pay a British record £70 million with an after tax wage packet of £250,000 per-week in the hope of luring the young Frenchman to the Etihad.

This will dwarf current club top earner Yaya Toure who is making £220,000 per-week, and while Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney all earn £300,000 per-week it will make Pogba the world’s highest paid midfielder.

Pogba is also wanted by European powerhouses Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, but the bosses over at City believe they can blow the other clubs out of the water with what they are prepared to offer.
