ROBERTO MANCINI has rejected a bid from AC Milan to sign Edin Dzeko on a season-long loan.
The Italian giants are keen to land the striker and plug the gap left by the summer sale of Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Paris Saint Germain for £20m.
But Mancini has told Milan to stump up around £30m or forget it.
The champions are not willing to let Dzeko, who cost £27m from Wolfsburg, leave on the cheap.
Dzeko, 26, has made it clear he wants a move.
He said: “I follow the Italian league and one day I would like to play in it.
“For now I’m a City player. I’ll see what happens and if someone else comes in.”
