Liverpool will now have to compete with Italian Serie A side Napoli in their quest to sign Barcelona forward Cristian Tello this summer.
talkSPORT reported last week that the Catalan giants are open to offers on the 22-year-old who has played a secondary role at the Nou Camp this season turning down a loan move to Liverpool in January in the hope of more playing time at Barcelona that never materialized.
Former Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez has also been tracking the Barcelona youngster for Napoli and is expected to renew their interest over the summer along with AC Milan who has already made contact with Tello’s agent Josep Maria Orobitg over a summer move to Milan.
