It would appear that Liverpool have every chance of signing Paris Saint-Germain striker Ezequiel Lavezzi after the Argentinian striker was seen partying with his agent Alejandro Mazzoni in the Uruguayan resort of Punta del Este.
PSG played a friendly with Inter Milan on Tuesday in Morocco without the 29-year-old who according to a club statement remained in Paris to resume training.
Meanwhile Lavezzi was busy enjoying the South American summer, which indicates he will be leaving the Parc des Princes in January.
When PSG trainer Laurent Blanc was asked about Lavezzi and his future with the French champions Blanc said:
We will wait until he arrives back, and we will listen to his explanation. Then we will take decisions, sporting ones of course, in the best interests of the club.
