Liverpool has just announced that they have signed Valencia’s left back Aly Cissokho on a season long loan with the option to buy.
The French international had previously been linked to Sunderland but preferred a move to Merseyside instead where he will provide back up for Spaniard Jose Enrique.
The Frenchman is now expected to travel to Liverpool next week in order to undergo a medical.
