Liverpool meet PSG owner to discuss Left-Back Lucas Digne

Liverpool has been meeting with officials of French champions Paris Saint-Germain in London to try and sort out the transfer of French international left back Lucas Digne, according to reports.

Despite seven new signings arriving on Anfield Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers still finds himself not only needing cover at left-back, but competition for Spaniard Alberto Moreno, who has what can only be described as a patchy first year in the Premiership after arriving from Sevilla for £12 million last summer.

According to reports coming out of Paris surrounding Digne’s desire to change clubs so that he can get more playing time ahead of Euro 2016 it’s believed that Liverpool met with PSG owner Nasser Al Khelaifi and Sporting Director Olivier Letang to discuss a possible transfer, and talks went well.

Could Digne be on his way to Anfield? Maybe!
