Liverpool continues to get their summer transfer business done early following the signing of Brazilian Roberto Firmino yesterday, club managing director Ian Ayre has remained in Chile hoping to wrap up a deal for Colombian international striker Carlos Bacca after having agreed to meet Sevilla’s £21.5 million release clause.

 

 

According to the Mirror, Liverpool’s desire to add further attacking reinforcements to the club is a priority with the club hoping to wrap up a deal ASAP.

 

 

Manchester United is also interested in Bacca, but Liverpool is hoping to beat their bitter rivals by agreeing all of the Spanish clubs conditions for letting the 28-year-old leave.
