Liverpool has reportedly offered Real Madrid £22 million for Russian winger Denis Cheryshev according to Neil Moxley who writes for the Sunday People.
Trainer Rafa Benitez has received the offer from his former club and will now put it to the bosses at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Given the amount of star players Benitez has to choose from the 24-year-old Russian flyer does not even come into the equation, making it very possible that he could be sold.
Cheryshev spent all of last season on loan at Villarreal, with the Spanish club wanting to keep him for a second season, but with Liverpool’s offer meeting their valuation Real Madrid would prefer to sell.
