After a dismal start to the season fresh faces are expected to be seen at Anfield this coming January with French media outlet Le 10 Sport confirming that Liverpool are in talks with Paris Saint-Germain to discuss a six month loan deal for 19-year-old midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

Despite signing a five-year contract to remain at the Parc des Princes, Raboit has fallen down manager Laurent Blanc’s pecking order behind Blaise Matuidi, Marco Verratti and Thiago Motta, with reports suggesting a loan may have been discussed during the player’s contract negotiations.

Tottenham have also been linked with the U-21 international but now that Liverpool has reportedly agreed to play all the players salary the Reds appear to be winning the race.
