It would appear as though Liverpool holds a large edge in any bid to get Monaco defensive midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia to sign for them as it is general knowledge that the 22-year-old is a huge Reds fan who would turn down higher wages just for the chance to play at Anfield.
While all the Premiership sides way up their offers Italian giants AC Milan are also interested along with Real Madrid, who hold the financial advantage due to a clause in his contract with Monaco that says the Spanish giants can sign him for as little as £14.2 million.
