Liverpool and Arsenal target wants out of UKRAINE

Brazilian striker Luiz Adriano has said that he is unlikely to remain in Ukraine once his contract is up with Shaktar Donetsk in December.

The 27-year-old has scored five goals in 15 league appearances for the club this season, but has netted the ball an incredible nine times in seven Champions League games gaining the attention of both Arsenal and Liverpool.

Despite interest in the past Adriano has remained loyal to Donetsk where he is the club’s all-time leading goal scorer.

“My plan is to respect the contract, which has not been renewed and will expire in December 2015,” he said.

“I am in a good moment of my career and we’ll do what will be best for me and for the club.

“With my contract set to expire and many good performances, it’ll be difficult to stay in Ukraine.”
