Arsenal fans could be forgiven for thinking that manager Arsene Wenger is busy building a team for the future rather than concentrating on the one he has right now if the latest signings are anything to go by.
Another name cropping up on Wenger’s wanted list is 18-year-old Roma striker Antonio Sanabria, who is also wanted by La Liga club Deportivo La Coruna.
Reports out of Italy claim Wenger sees the striker as a player for the future, and is still interested in signing the Barcelona youth product despite losing out on him to Roma last year.
With the Paraguayan international unable to tie down a place in Rudi Garcia’s team this season Arsenal are said to be once again monitoring the situation.
Currently Sanabria is representing Paraguay at the 2015 South American Youth Football Championship in Uruguay.
