Italian Serie A side Fiorentina have placed Manchester United summer target Matteo Darmian at the top of their transfer wish list.
The 25-year-old is currently having a banner season for Torino after having impressed for Italy in last summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is apparently a huge fan of the right-back with talkSPORT saying they think the Red Devils will try and sign him once the transfer window opens in the summer, but that they will now face competition from la Viola according to Italian newspaper La Nazione.
Torino meanwhile will be reluctant to let their top player leave but would be willing to listen to offers in excess of £15 million.
