Fiorentina are “optimistic” that they will be able to keep Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah on loan at the club for another season.
The Florence based club gas been holding talks with Chelsea in the hope of keeping the Egyptian international for one more season while knowing that Roberto Mancini’s Inter Milan is considering making the Blues an offer for the 23-year-old.
“We are working on it,” Fiorentina president Andrea Della Valle said to the Italian press. “It’s the crucial day and I’m personally optimistic.
“Of course, in football anything can happen but we will see what the outcome is tonight.”
