Fabregas

This revelation will come as no surprise when I tell you that it comes from two of Catalonia’s leading sports newspapers El Mundo Deportivo and Sport who both claim that the Barcelona midfielder will reject all offers from Manchester United.

The Premiership champions are said to be preparing a 40€ million bid for the Spanish international which has led newly appointed coach Geraldo Martino to say:

“I would prefer him to stay with us and I dare say he will, but it’s his decision. He is one of the best players in the squad. I think he will stay. But there’s a part that he has to decide. Cesc will decide the situation, but it has not occurred to me that I won’t be able to count on him.”

According the two newspapers Fabregas has told the clubs hierarchy that he is committed to Barcelona and does not want to leave. The club is now waiting for Fabregas to make his intentions clear either in a press conference or through his social media channels.
