According to German newspaper Bild Chelsea has signed Augsburg full-back Abdul Rahman Baba as a replacement for Filipe Luis.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian international will move to Stamford Bridge for a fee believed to be 25€ million following discussions to agree personal terms with the club.
