Well we all knew this deal was going to happen, and it appears to have gone through after Marca report that Chelsea left-back Filipe Luis has signed for his former club Atletico Madrid for 16€ million.
The Brazilian defender joined the Blues last summer from the La Liga club, but only featured in 26 games for the Premier League Champions.
With Luis’s departure Chelsea is now free in their desire to sign 21-year-old Augsburg defender Abdul Rahman Baba, with a deal expected to be completed early next week.
