Chelsea talented academy player Domingos Quina 16, is reported to be on the move to Slaven Bilic’s West Ham United in the summer. Quina who is still in Chelsea’s Youth Academy and is rated as one of the best at his age in the academy, isn’t ready to wait for his time in Stamford Bridge, hence his preferred move to East London where he has been enticed with first team football.

West Ham on the other hand , have announced a friendly with Serie A defending Champions Juventus in the summer which will be the game that will commission it’s new 60,000 capacity Olympic Stadium .

Quina will be the second player from Chelsea’s academy to have made the cross from West London to East London in recent years as Dan Kemp joined the Upton Park from Chelsea earlier in the season (ironically three of Chelsea’s recent greatest players have all graduated from the West Ham academy – John Terry, Frank Lampard and Joe Cole).

West Ham also recently signed Valencia starlet Toni Martinez and are currently 6th in the Premier League table, eight points behind 4th placed Arsenal who occupy the last spot for Champions League qualification next season.

It is sad that another younger is leaving Chelsea and rightly so, they never get the chance to play. And this must stop and asap if not, Chelsea will stand no chance of convincing any youngster no matter how good they are to come to the club.
