Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera claims that Manchester United probably have the best three forwards in the world with Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao at the club’s disposal.

A believe many will disregard with the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona providing more mouth-watering options for soccer fans.

The Trio of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez are enough for any fan to want to visit Santiago Bernabau to watch the Blancos play.

Real Madrid’s rival, Barcelona acquires the services of Luis Suarez in the summer, although the Uruguayan is yet to play in a competitive fixture for the club.

Every soccer fan is probably looking forward to his debut as he will be playing with Neymar and Lionel Messi.

Herrera joined Manchester United from Athletic Bilbao for £28.8 million in June and he is highly impressed with the attacking firepower available at the club managed by Louis van Gaal.

Robin van Persie has 50 goals in Manchester United 81 matches and 48 international goals for Netherlands which makes him the country’s all time record goal scorer.

He has earlier won the English Premier League golden boot in Arsenal and Manchester United which shows how prolific the left footed striker is.

Manchester United captain, Wayne Rooney is presently placed third in the club’s record goal scoring chart with 219 goals staying 30 goals off Sir Bobby Charlton and his chances of outscoring the United legend is high.

Wayne Rooney also will be hoping to beat Charlton’s record at the national team level with less than 7 goals between them.

Radamel Falcao however has scored a number of goals for both club and country which made him one of the world’s deadliest strikers before his injury earlier this year.

The Colombian has scored once and assisted twice in United’s last four matches and recently scored the opener for Colombia in their latest fixture.

Herrera himself has done well since joining United, scoring twice and been involved heavily in the club’s build up play.

It is difficult to accept his believe with more teams in Europe posing more threat than Manchester United at the moment.

From another point of view, Herrera might be right to claim he is playing with the best set of strikers.

Luis Suarez is arguably the best striker in the world at the moment but the a club providing Falcao, Rooney and Robin van Persie looks intimidating.

Unfortunately, van Persie is not getting any younger, Falcao is short of his best at the moment and Wayne Rooney has been more influential playing as an attacking midfielder than as a striker.

On this basis, Manchester United don’t have the best attack force in the world although they possess names that will scare any defence but the players are no way near where they were few years back.

Barcelona and Real Madrid looks like the best ahead of Manchester United but if the sources behind the striker are anything to go by, Herrera might just be right to believe Manchester United is a big threat in the attacking force.
