Chelsea to sign the NEW PHILIPPE COUTINHO for £30m

According to reports Chelsea is ready to flex the clubs financial muscle by offering Italian Serie A side Lazio £29.3 million for Brazilian midfield maestro Filipe Anderson.

The 21-year-od former Santos player has developed in to one of the most exciting attacking midfield prospects on the continent since his arrival at the Olympic Stadium in 2013, and has former club legend Stefano Fiore saying that he is better than Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho.

This upturn in fortunes has several clubs monitoring his performances with an eye to a summer deal, but reports out of the Italian capital suggest that Chelsea has already made up their mind about the Brazilian international and have made Lazio an offer for his services.

Anderson only just recently signed a new contract that was supposed to keep him in Rome until 2020, but the Blues seem positive that with their offer and a huge wage packet to boot, that they can lure him to Stamford Bridge.
