Worried that something may happen to Chelsea No.2 goalkeeper Asmir Begovic following a long-term injury to 23-year-old Blues No.1, Thibaut Courtois, manager Jose Mourinho is taking no chances, and has been scouring a list of available free agents to provide cover should the unthinkable happen to the Bosnian international shot-stopper.
It would now appear as if Mourinho has found his man in 33-year-old former AC Milan and Italian international goalkeeper Marco Amelia following a successful medical at Stamford Bridge according to the Daily Star, who say a short term deal will now be signed later today.
