Chelsea scouts have been spotted at Belgium club Anderlecht where they are keeping a close watch on both 17-year-old Youri Tielemans and 20-year-old Leander Dendoncker according to reports coming out of Belgium on Sunday.
Even though both players are still young, the pair have featured heavily both in the Belgian Pro-League and Champions League as well.
Both players are midfielders, and have both scored twice this season with Anderlecht knowing that news of them is sparking interest from much bigger clubs, and that keeping them in Flanders could become increasingly difficult.
