Chelsea are busy plotting their summer transfer targets and have already made moves for FC Tokyo star Yoshinori Muto ahead of the summer transfer window opening.

The Blues have been linked with the 22-year-old attacking midfielder for several days now and according to the Japanese clubs president Naoki Ogane have already made moves in the form of a concrete offer.

‘It is true that Chelsea sent us an offer for Muto. It is a formal offer with conditions. They want to acquire him in the summer,’ Naoki Ogane said.

The bid is believed to be in the region of £4 million with the Blues now waiting to hear whether the JFL team will accept it or not.
