Chelsea defender David Luiz had been strongly linked with both Bayern Munich and Barcelona over the past few weeks with the Nou Camp favorites to sign the Brazilian.
All bets are off however following the news last night that French giants Paris Saint-Germain are ready to blow all other offers out of the water by offering Chelsea an astonishing £50 million for the 27-year-old according to the Daily Mirror who claim the deal will be completed within the next 48-hours.
The general feeling at Stamford Bridge is that this is a deal Mourinho will have no hesitation in accepting after having already signed Serbian Nemanja Matić and young French defender Kurt Zouma.
