Chelsea boss just cannot let his Feud with Casillas GO!

You would think that Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho would have put his problems with certain players at Real Madrid behind his after a spectacular season in which he guided a runaway Chelsea to the Premiership title.

Unfortunately the Portuguese manager must when the opportunity presents itself have a dig at the man he dropped while in charge, former Real Madrid number one goalkeeper Iker Casillas.

Following Mourinho’s departure Casillas got his number one spot back, but with the Spanish giants already earmarking Manchester United’s David de Gea to take over the goalkeeping duties at the Santiago Bernabeu the 34-year-old veteran found himself being sold to Porto.

As part of an interview with The Guardian, Mourinho labelled Casillas’ wages at the Estadio do Dragao ‘amazing’, prompting a wave of reaction in Spain.

“This season Porto pay €20m for Imbula, they give Casillas an amazing salary,” said Mourinho.

The comments gave Mourinho the front page of Marca, who went with the headline “Obsessed with Casillas”.

AS were similarly damning, saying Mourinho was “following his campaign against Iker”.
