Bookmakers have slashed their odds on Arsenal right-back Mathieu Debuchy to join Manchester on deadline day.
Sky Bet have cut the price of a move from 20/1 to 2/1 after a spree of bets started to be placed on the Frenchman to move to Old Trafford.
Midlands side Aston Villa still remain the favourites to sign the 30-year-old at 6/4 but an impasse has believed to have happened regarding the amount of money Villa must pay in order to push a loan move through.
