Arsenal, Wenger, Bendtner,

Arsene Wenger has revealed that Danish international Nicklas Bendtner is part of his team plans this season.

The always in trouble striker had been linked to a move to Hull City although manager Steve Bruce has said the players wage demands remain a sticking point.

The Arsenal boss Wenger says that the 25-year-old will likely remain at Arsenal this season where he will challenge Olivier Giroud for a place in the Gunners attack.

“The chances for him to leave now are very small. If he doesn’t leave, prepares well and is fit, really fit, I will use him,” Wenger told reporters.

Wenger is under pressure from the fans to make signings before the transfer window closes Monday night but insists he will not rush his decisions.

“We will not panic buy, that is for sure,” the Arsenal manager said.  “You can believe me. It is not my strength to panic.”
