According to Italian Sports daily Gazzetta dello Sport Barcelona has agreed to pay Juventus £64 million for French midfielder Paul Pogba.
A lunch meeting between officials of both clubs ended with a deal being done despite Barcelona’s current transfer embargo that will allow the 22-year-old French international to remain in Turin for one further season before moving to the Nou Camp in the summer of 2016.
This deal suits Juventus down to the ground, but will be disappointing for all the other big clubs who were hoping to sign Pogba this summer.
