Basque side Atletic Bilbao is thought to be considering a summer bid for Arsenal full-back Nacho Monreal according to reports in this morning’s Spanish sports newspaper AS.
The La Liga club has been linked with a move for 29-year-old Pamplona native for some time now, and are expected to put an offer on the table this summer.
Monreal only has one year remaining on his current contract after having moved to the Emirates from Malaga for 10€ million back in 2013 with AS saying that Arsenal is not looking to offer him another contract based on his demands.
