Just as Paris is now preparing for the return of Ragnar Lothbrok in the popular History Channel series the “Vikings”, Arsenal have been given plenty of time to ensure that right-back Hector Bellerin remains at the Emirates no matter how hard the Catalan giants try to get him to return home.

Currently Barca trainer, Luis Enrique relies on Brazilian, Dani Alves at right-back, but given the fact Barcelona were reluctant to offer the 32-year-old a one year extension on his current deal it is unlikely that he will remain with the club into next season.

It was perhaps with this in mind that Gerard Pique and Andres Iniesta approached Bellerin during their Champions League match at the Emirates to enquire about his situation with Arsenal, before reporting back to the powers that control the purse strings at the Nou Camp.

Just like Cesc Fabregas Arsenal managed to convince La Masia graduate, Bellerin, to move to North London after pointing out to the teenager how many top-rated players were ahead of him at the Nou Camp.

Since the move to the Premier League the Spaniard has developed into one of the best right-backs in the country, and despite how much he says he loves playing for the Gunners a return to Barcelona and a spot in their first-team is something he has probably dreamed about every night.

Barcelona looks set to win almost all the competitions they are playing in this season, unlike Arsenal who once more failed to live up to expectations, which has us believe that unless Arsene Wenger can offer Bellerin a new contact and prove to him that Arsenal are committed to winning the Champions League, Bellerin will be on the Veuling jet back to Barcelona once the club tells him it is time to return to the fold.
