According to news coming out of Spain Arsenal is set to beat a host of top European clubs by signing Palermo star striker Paulo Dybala for the Sicilian clubs full asking price of £29.5 million.
The Gunners have apparently had scouts watching the 21-year-old for most of the season, and have now decided that they must move quickly if they hope to beat out Borussia Dortmund, while reports in Spain say that it appears as though Arsenal has got their man.
