According to the Daily Express Arsenal is preparing a £24 million bid for Barcelona winger Pedro Rodriguez.
The 27-year-old World Cup winner has seen his playing time at the Nou Camp cut drastically since the Arrival of Neymar and Luis Suarez and wanting like most top footballers first-team action has decided that the only way it is going to happen is with a move away from the Catalan giants.
Manchester United and Liverpool are also both thought to be interested in the pacy winger, but it is Arsenal who will lead the chase after having been so impressed by his former Barcelona teammate Alexis Sanchez since his arrive at the Emirates from Barcelona last summer.
