Arsenal is ready to increase their attacking options once the January transfer window opens by signing Celta Vigo forward Nolito according to news coming out of Spain.

The 28-year-old Spaniard has lit up la Liga scoring five goals with three assists in just six games to propel the normally mid to bottom table club to fourth in the league attracting not only the Gunners interest, but Liverpool and Barcelona as well.

After having failed to sign a striker in the summer Arsenal’s attacking options are limited, and with a buyout clause that Fichajes claims is £13.3 million he could be the answer to Arsenal’s problems providing support to either Olivier Giroud or Theo Walcott.

Nolito is also a player who likes to play out wide similar to Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling, which is why Liverpool is also eyeing up a January move for the player.
