Arsenal scouts will be on hand Thursday at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Dynamo Stadium for Everton Europa League clash with Dynamo Kiev where they will be watching Austrian international centre-back Aleksandar Dragovic.

The 24-year-old is known as a tough tackling defender from his time at FC Basel, and is said to looking for a move away from Ukraine this summer.

Dragovic is considered to be a top summer target for a host of top European clubs including Jürgen Klopps Borussia Dortmund, and Sam Allardyce ‘s West Ham United.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is despite having signed Gabriel Paulista in January, looking to bolster his defence and sees Dragovic as a bargain defender at only £15 million.

On a side note Everton were offered 1,500 tickets for the match at £1 pound each for visiting fans, but given the current situation in the Ukraine and the crowd trouble at Dynamo’s last European match against French side Guingamp it looks as though the scouts watching Dragovic may be to only foreigners watching the game in the stadium.
