Arsenal has reportedly made an offer for 21-year old Boca Juniors striker Jonathan Calleri and is now waiting to hear back from the Argentinian hot-shots representatives.
Currently Calleri is considered to be one of the most exciting players in South America and has the gunners clambering to get him to the Emirates Stadium.
Apparently Arsenal has been tracking the man they call the new Gonzalo Higuain for some time, and has had scouts attending his matches before deciding to make an official offer to try and get him to London.
The deal however could prove complicated as offers from Inter Milan, Villarreal and Valencia have also been presented to him.
So far this season Calleri has scored 10 goals in 26 matches for his Argentinian club.
