Palermo has announced that the future of Argentinian youngster Paulo Dybala will be decided in the next two weeks with the Gunners reportedly in the driving seat after making a £29 million bid for a player who if signed will light up the Emirates next season.

Dybala has a host of clubs interested including Juventus, Manchester United and Chelsea who all think he is a solid investment for the future after having sent scout to watch him play in Italy’s Serie A.

‘At least three teams are really interested in him,’ said Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini.

‘The apple is ripe and we’re ready to pick it. I think in 10, or a maximum of 15 days we’ll know his future.

We’ll meet the lad and his agent to complete the deal, those who understand football realise his potential.’
